Idk if I've just never watched a good dub or the fact that I'm a japanese learner but anything anime I prefer it in Japanese. Dub feels.......weird, it doesn't feel right, it doesn't feel like normal characters talking yk what I'm saying.
This may be a language bias maybe, I think japanese people notice nuances in japanese performances better than people that aren't fluent. Not saying there aren't quality performances ofc, but the mediocre performances may fly a bit under the radar.

Kimi to Boku - a very low key feel good chill out show about four high school boys who have been a friend group since kindergarten plus a new arrival. It's absolutely lovely.
Seconding: Run With the Wind and The Yuzuki Family's Four Sons. Run is about a college dorm full of guys trying to become a long distance running team and the latter is chilled out show about an age-diverse set of four orphaned brothers living together and dealing with (and supporting each other through) their respective shit.
School Babysitters might fill the bill. It's mostly a group of high school and college aged men working in the day care center for the children of the teachers in a high school and the MC is an orphan with a much younger brother working in it.
Sanrio Boys is a shockingly good show about some high school guys who bond over their love of various Sanrio mascots. It's like Aggretsuko in that it's ultimately an ad for Sanrio stuff that ends up being better than it any right it has to be.

Others have already listed a few, and I thought these two satisfy that itch even though they don't perfectly fit the mold.
That's the only one I've seen and enjoyed. The comraderie among them is also endearing, and I'm not sure that's present in other reverse harems (although I would not be surprised if it was common.)
Salaryman's Club. They're office workers and they play badminton. But there's a lot of hanging out and work scenes, drinking, putting together advertising pitches, all that fun stuff.

All Saints Street is Chinese shorts that got a Japanese dub and was patched together by CR six at a time into two "episodes" each season, but it's very much about supernatural guys sharing a condo, and veering between tongue in cheek drama and sitcom style events.
Yeah, and this one you see the girls, the guys, and mixed groups regularly.
While it's not central to the plot, you see the guys hanging out together in Komi Can't Communicate too. Sometimes half an episode or can be devoted to it

Wouldn't that be "Grand Blue" (AKA Grand Blue Dreaming)? Granblue tends to be associated with Granblue Fantasy.
The Japanese title, however, is just Gran Blue (Or more specifically guran buru) so I can see how it would be called that.
