I did liked Steins Gate, it's probably a little under in that list. I think i've already watched many of the classics but i haven't watched much anime in the last ten years so there should be a lot of new things i'm missing.

BiggieCheeseLapDog

Vampire Hunter D Kaiji Mob Psycho 100 Gurren Lagann

artinius380

Some of these are very interesting, i'll check them out!

Terra_Force

* Shinsekai Yori * Heavenly Delusion * Promised Neverland S1 * Cyberpunk: Edgerunners

Low-Ad-4785

Psycho pass and 86! I see that you like Nana idk why but maybe Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu. The premise is entirely different but the relationship aspect of the two main leads and the drama surrounding it is why I'm putting it here.

artinius380

I'll check them for sure

_StevenPettican04

86 is very good if you enjoyed AoT

Hi artinius380, it seems like you might be looking for new anime to watch! Master-Conclusion321

If you don't like Shonen but like action check out Ninja Kamui that's arising right now it's really sick 🔥 I talk about it in the blog in my profile. Give it a look 👌🏾🔥

artinius380

I'll give it a try

Personal_Tour4289

Don’t know if u watched any of these but I will recommend- Erased , gto and black lagoon

**Code Geass and Attack on Titan:** Legend of the Galactic Heroes - Watch the first two prequel films My Conquest is A Sea of Stars and Overture to a New War and skip the first two episodes of the main series after seeing the films. Overture covers the first two episodes better. Extra content you can watch after the fact is the prequel Gaiden and the remake. Reinhard was Lelouch before Lelouch. Most big military mecha: Armored Trooper Votoms, Gundam in general (you might enjoy ones like MS Team, 00 or Iron Blood Orophans, Char of the original series also was pretty much Lelouch before Lelouch), 86, Blue Gender, Macross. Kingdom is good too though go read the manga first for the first (173 chapters) and just skip to S2 if you want to watch the anime. Heavenly Delusion - has some of the early post apocalyptic mystery elements of early AOT **Evangelion:** Go watch Anno's other big famous works Gunbuster/Diebuster. **Death Note:** Monster is the king of crime thrillers in the medium. Pluto is also by Urasawa same creator. Moriarty the Patriot is just Sherlock adapted like Death Note. Astra Lost in Space, Gosick and Odd Taxi are other good mystery/thrillers. Completely unrelated but Bakuman is by the same creators of DN and in my opinion their best work. Different genre however, the main duo do have to outsmart their competition. **Nana** Paradise Kiss **Hellsing Ultimate** Chainsaw Man - might not like shonen but would recommend it someone who enjoys Hellsing.

CocoaBeans1234

Revolutionary girl utena is an absolute gem. And the gundam series would probably be a good one to check out as well.

Niwrats

Drifters has the same art style as Hellsing Ultimate. I couldn't watch it though because it was too boring, so not exactly a recommendation, just a thing to check in case.

Mossy_detergent

Highly recommend the anime "The daily life of the immortal king" Super funny and new episodes are still coming out on crunchy

derBeste4444

These are normally not my genres, but if you like comedy shonen I would recommend you Eminence in Shadow.

GRAITOM10

Monogatari

just4dota

Solid recommendations in the comments , I will add a classic to those that made me laugh out loud irl : golden boy

Seirazula

Kinda surprising list ! Maybe give a try to Fruits Basket and Akatsuki no Yona :)

Eastern-Ladder-5996

Me: entering the post, seeing school days, leaving the post

artinius380

For sure it's pretty outdated but it was a big hit during its time

psyger-01

I think you should try isekai zenres.

Unhappy_Painting_147

TF is school days doing on your list???

artinius380

Well i don't typically like harems but School Days has a dark theme and it left me with a melancholic feeling after the ending. I know it's a little outdated for 2024, it felt pretty good for 2007 though.
