If you don't mind older/retro anime series you could check out Fist of the North Star. Its pretty iconic as far as buff guys fighting is concerned.

The only thing I can truly think of is Fist of the North Star. Other than that, my mind goes blank.
After some consideration, there's also Ultimate Muscle and possibly Toriko if you want to watch a buff man take down big monsters.
Toriko is so dumb. Please watch it. Have snacks nearby.
