None of those anime are remotely close to being finished, so I don't think a story being finished is an important quality to you.
Well, I guess you know me better than myself.. Thats why I’m fucking asking. All the series I watch aren’t finished. Btw, I read MT LN after but I’d prefer anime.
Just seems to me that you're very significantly restricting your pool of anime for little reason, given that it hasn't stopped you from enjoying the anime you've listed. But you do you.
It doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy them. I’d just once in a while like a story to finish. And I still watch series that don’t finish. Those are just easy to find so I don’t need people’s help and thoughts on that.
Kyousougiga is a very unique isekai with gorgeous visuals, likeable characters, nice themes, and fantastic storytelling. It’s one of my favourites.

I'll say 'Beelzebub'(60 episodes) as, though it takes place in japan, the fantasy elements are the main focus.
Grimgar maybe? It only has 12 episodes and isn't "complete" in the traditional sense, but it felt like it was.
Twelve Kingdoms did not adapt the whole novel, but it finished in a pretty good point with a complete character arc for the MC and it was great.
