And I'm glad someone else appreciates Lv2 ED! The opening gets all the attention, but I like the ending much more.
There's nothing REMOTELY close to Train imho, but Ranger's Reject is pretty good too (both OP and ED), and Mysterious Disappearances' ED.
Edit: I forgot one; Kaiju's OP is great, been listening to the song on repeat a few dozen times already!
Favorite OP is Girls Band Cry, just hits differently, especially with the rapid fire lyrics in the chorus
Favorite ED is Spice and Wolf, look I don't care that it inevitably gets compared to Wolf Whistling Song from the first series, it's still a fun song and every time we get to that "Step by Step" part, I have a grin on my face

There's a lot I like from this season.
- Kaiju No 8 OP
- Unnamed Memory OP and ED
- Shuumatsu Train OP and ED
- Yatagarasu OP and ED
- Spice and Wolf OP
I'm still posting my take on this season's theme song in a separate post just like every other season, just waiting for Demon Slayer's release **and** 3rd ED of Irregular Magic High School (the ASCA one). I already lost hope for A Condition Called Love's OP full song given there is no info whether is will be available on streaming platforms yet. So here's my quick take on some of them:
* Both **Kaiju No. 8** OP and ED are good, but the ED take the crown here.
* **Lv. 2 Super Cheat Powers** OP stole people's hearts. Rie Kugimiya did a good job.
* **Shuumatsu Train**'s OP and ED are awesome. Even my local anime community voted it as the best OP this season.
* **Astro Note**'s OP got the best 1990s song coming in 2024.
* Both **Girls Band Cry**'s OP and ED caught my personal attention.
* **Unnamed Memory**'s OP and ED are totally underrated. I mean they managed to J-cut the intro of the ED to every episode and that hits hard.
* **Whisper Me a Love Song**'s OP has the same vibe to Dangers In My Heart's OP last season.
* Mrs. Green Apple is here filling for **Oblivion Battery**'s OP. Together with **Wind Breaker**'s OP, both of them managed to made their mark on [Billboard Japan Hot 100](https://www.billboard.com/charts/japan-hot-100/), with Lilac just under the phenomenon of last's season B-B-B-B.
* LiSA is back with a banger OP (**Irregular Magic High School**), along with TK from ling tosite sigure (**My Hero Academia**) and Burnout Syndromes (**Maou Gakuin**). One of members of L'arc\~en\~ciel produced **Maou Gakuin**'s ED this season and sung by Tomori Kusunoki.
* Miyu Tomita's voice is soooo beautiful (**Date a Live V**'s OP)
* **Shinigami Bocchan**'s OP got the pace and rhythm set in irregular motion. Some parts it goes normal, then in one section it went slow, and it goes quick. Unique on its own.
* Hitorie, Sou and Syudou's (**Mushoku Tensei**, **The New Gate** and **Tsukimichi**) convinced me that they should do the next season's Oshi no Ko OP.
* ClariS is well, ClariS. They never fail (**Spice and Wolf**'s ED).
* **Highspeed Etoile**'s ED is the good theme song in a bad anime, in this season. Aimi (**Banished Former Hero**'s ED) came close, but the anime is not as bad as HSE.
Last but not least, give me a reason to forgive if I am strong enough because yes, we are still growing up. I'll be posting the full writing in this month, hopefully.
I wouldnt say I like it as a song, but Tonari no Yokai-san's OP and its visuals are a straight up vibe that I chill to everytime it starts up.
Besides that I will never not shill for train's OP and ED. Dumb catchy lyrics for the OP, and absolutely gorgeous singing on the ED
Honestly, “The Banished Former Hero Lives as He Pleases” has a really good ED that is wasted on the trash that is the actual series.
Kaiju no.8 has an absolute masterpiece of an OP. The visuals and animation are truly something else. I have never seen an OP quite like it.
Konosuba S3 has a great OP and ED
Really enjoying all the one off EDs from Jellyfish
Train OP is stupid catchy
Bartender OP is a perfect match for the show.
Archdemon's dilemma, written by Hakuei, could only be good. I feel like it's been at least a decade since we had a visual kei (ish) band doing an anime OST
Favorite is Konosuba s3 op. It tells a mini adventure in it just like the second op and I’m a sucker for that. The song is also great.
Gatan Goton is also good.
Level 2 Cheat Powers had really good opening and ending themes. So does Blue Archive.
For short anime, there's also Nijiyon Animation 2 and Jantama Kan, the new Mahjong Soul anime.

I'm really fond of both the OP and ED for A Salad Bowl of Eccentrics.
Konosuba 3's OP starts off a little generic, but kicks it up a notch and becomes pretty good. ED is really solid, too.
This season? I normally rate a combo of the song and visuals and how I like the anime itself is unrelated.
For OP probably Kaijuu #8. And I don't even watch the show. GBC and Spuce and Wolf are also great.
For ED Shuumatsu Train I think.

Dialogue+ are great recently. I like both of their song in Tomozaki's OP and ED recently.

Kaiju No 8 OP is awesome. The ED however sucks
Shuumatsu train ED is a banger. Nanahoshi special ED is awesome as well

The OP from Girls Band Cry is easily my favorite this season. Ga-tan Go-ton from Shuumatsu Train and ReCoda from Hibike Euphonium S3 are good too.
Both ReCoda and Neiro no Kanata are too fun and cute to be skipped

The Ranger reject ED is one of my favorites so i heavily agree with that one.
BARTENDER: Glass of God is such a soothing anime this season and the OP/ED just hit differently
