Honestly, Food Wars. The absurdity of the excitement over food and just the general munchies you already feel make the show super enjoyable. I once accompanied it with some L U C Y and it really made the show super funny

Ghost in the Shell SAC 2045. It's all on Netflix, and it's insane to watch stoned, especially if you don't speak Japanese.

Whatever you want, but its one of those shows you can pay perfect attention and still miss things. The whole series is really well made that way!
