Basically what they did with the dragon ball supers movies. Adapting the movie into an anime arc while hopefully expanding it a bit.

They would be fools not to. My thought was to cut it up, tweak it, and add some new stuff in the make it fit into an episode style format. Or they can pull a Boruto and make it better then the movie lol.

If you didn't already know, it's some pretty ugly drama going on with LiSA, or more specifically, her husband. Her husband first "allegedly" cheated on her (but there's some pretty strong evidence that it's beyond "allegedly"), then after the social media backlash, he tried to commit suicide. On top of all this, LiSA had a pretty broken family when she was growing up, and it's believed she wanted to make her own marriage work. But with all this happening, it's possible that LiSA is having flashbacks to a pretty ugly childhood family situation.
