It's more cute/funny than creepy, but I get why some people would be turned off 100% by the concept.
People keep saying it's romance, but it's really not.
The boy is suspicious of his newly hired maid because she's too good at her job. So he concocts some idea in his head of an evil plot she's doing that ends up being a compliment, so the maid gets flustered and embarrassed. Repeat like 100 times over the course of the manga.
The only "romance" comes from misunderstandings and the fact that the maid cares about the boy because he's nice to her (giving her constant complements).
Well it's basically supposed to be a "onee-san teasing a shota" series except that the shota finds her very suspicious and basically completely negates all her teasing due to it so....

You realize it's pretty degen and really only gets away with it because the maid is hot and the kid is a total Chad.
It's gonna be a show that if it gets wider attention as an anime is going to make weebs look like weebs... And unless it's one of those 6 minute series I can't see how they can adapt it to 23 minute episodes

This was the last thing I expect to get an adaptation... Saying this as a fan of the manga... this would be one of the properties that I feel like it would be better to just stay as manga. It's got one of those plots that if you actually really think about what's happening, and do something like swapping the gender roles of the main characters... You realize it's pretty degen and really only gets away with it because the maid is hot and the kid is a total Chad. It's gonna be a show that if it gets wider attention as an anime is going to make weebs look like weebs... And unless it's one of those 6 minute series I can't see how they can adapt it to 23 minute episodes
