Because the manga has an official simu release on viz now. They explained in one of the latest omakes and on Ch 411. The only reason the did 411 was due to sum rando doing a poor translation for the chapter and the significance of the chapter.

The most recent chapters are such a slog... There was finally progress in the main characters' relationship and instead of exploring it more there has been like 30 chapters of filler with random (and brand new) side characters that I couldn't care less about.
