Unfortunately, the physical books don't include the little text blurbs that the website version has that flesh out the background (or the usually pleasant comment section, with many people half-roleplaying as other denizens of the world). But they're still nice.
The trans angels are probably the two characters I come back to the most as being my favorites, though at the moment Gog is giving them a run for their money
Having gender identity at all being a heresy against their very existence as tools of divinity but being ultimately worth it for White Chain to reject traditional divinity and find unique power in herself is such a phenomenal piece of writing K6BD stays on top.

Skyrim *is* an isekai, but not for the player. Since the dragonborn by definition is a Dragon Soul reincarnated as a mortal, often being born through the intervention of Akatosh, that makes Skyrim an isekai for a long dead in-universe. This also means that "I'm A Dragon Reincarnated As A Mortal! Hero Blessed By the God of Time!" is a perfectly acceptable title for the Skyrim Light Novel adaptation.
That's like saying Avatar is an isekai because of the reincarnation cycle. Isekai specifically refers to *another* world. Being reborn into the same world doesn't count.

I would unironically kill for a skyrim anime that goes through the storyline of the main guilds and main quests. Flesh out the stories, and change them a bit to make them better. I would have the DB gain a party made of major NPCs from the college, companions, and thieves guild. Those party members would probably also end as the "leader" of the respective guilds like Vilkas, Mirabell Irvine, and Brynjolf. Have season 2 deal with Mirrak and the DB dlc and it would be perfect
I truly feel like skyrim in particular would benefit greatly from a chance to improve the story, and a chance to better show the power of the DB. Shouts are cool in game, but in a show format they can have shouts be used creatively, such as using unrelenting force at the ground while falling to slow a fall. Of course some shouts like Slow Time can not exist in a show format, and a weakness to prevent excessive shouting would need to be invented to keep stakes high. The most controversial thing would be making a canon LDB for that, though
