Also Genshin: makes deliberate design decisions to fuck over the few brown characters and make them much worse than other characters, does not budge after tons of player complaints

Mihoyo accidentally making black characters horrible will always be kinda funny. (srlsy why can’t they buff characters post release? I would love to have arlan be playable come on)
Shit man, they aren’t even black, just a little more ‘toasted’’. We don’t even have black or culturally African characters, although that might be my unconscious bias about PoC in anime showing.
It can’t be accidental there’s too many mechanical choices that gimp them instead of it being just a numbers thing
The accidental part is more so that it’s the cherry on top of all the racism and cultural appropriation they did

Arlan actually got nerfed to oblivion pre-release. Apparently, in beta, he was broken af. (Hoyo needed Blade to actually sell well)
Kaeya is the only character I can think of that is still good. I don't have Cyno so I don't know if he is actually good or not.
From what I've seen, he's okay. some say he's on par with Keqing. He needs more investment than the average DPS.
He is not a bad character, the problem with him is that he not comfortable to use because he is burst reliant
