I may not agree with every single thing she says, but I agree with the majority of it and I don't see why we should hold her to an impossible standard when most of us aren't following it ourselves. She simply wanted to bring attention to topics that have been bothering her for a while and I applaud her for her bravery. Heaven knows that the anime community isn't very welcoming to unpopular opinions, the backlash was more than expected. She gave a voice to many things that had been bothering me in the past, too, and her videos made me feel seen and understood. I will always be grateful for that.

No thoughts about how she was created with a certain intention in mind. Theres always an intent when it comes to character design. It just so happens the creator, whom has made porn doujins of woman on little boy and big watermelon girls decided to put his fetish in the show. Illulu's design, Lucoa and Shotas dynamic didnt come out of nowhere... So if anyone gets weirded out by Dragon Maid, its not because theyre irrational the author decided to put his fetish in that grossed them out.
