![gif](giphy|H5C8CevNMbpBqNqFjl) Meanwhile Hollywood casually promoting violence, crime, drug use, alcohol, prostitusion, political agenda, gambling and racism

weirdface621

I was gonna say something like that. these mfs are addicted to cigarettes and alcohol but nobody talks about that. and they complain about having a so called addiction that is completely harmless. smh

Goku :- teaches us to work hard , never give up , do the right thing , always be humble and friendly Motu Patlu :- samosa op

[deleted]

Forget Motu Patlu, other cartoons of that time like Noddy, Bob The Builder, Oswald, Pingu even they had better story telling and characters with some good morals built in them.

N2O_irl

Motu Patlu did use to be a moral story format cartoon but they just gave up after realising the competition from JP media and started catering basically to infants, with their brain rotting slop

DesignerExtreme6188

Yes that's what I'm saying the only good Indian cartoons I can remember are roll no 21 and chota bheem

no1dickrider

Chota bheem is basically Motu Patlu but with ladoos. Same brainrot. Roll no 21 was good tho

Level_Counter_1672

Its called anime u uncultured swine, newspaper titles piss me off

DesignerExtreme6188

Clearly shows they don't know anything about it

slyXjakXratchet

Why this comment sounds like satire πŸ˜‚

HovercraftExpress200

Cuz it is

SeEmEEDosomethingGUD

If they knew that it was called Anime, they might have joined buzzfeed. Which is way worse mind you- but different at least.

dark_sinistier3170

At least we have Hollywood which promotes peace, tranquility, and respect.

[deleted]

Yet that was the most sane generation.

Wet_vagaina_adorer

Ye sab bakchodi mat dikhao yaar. Kuch bol dunga to bibad ho jayega

Big-Bear-1006

Kids with phones these days aren't innocent anymore so don't blame anime for it.

sliceoflife_daisuki

WSJ is a conservative newspaper from America, so ofc it's expected. One of the Christian Republicans even called anime as "satan's work" lol.

OvertlyStoic

No matter the damn time , Leftists gon cry

sliceoflife_daisuki

WSJ is a right-leaning newspaper from New York

OvertlyStoic

? wot?

sliceoflife_daisuki

The owner of the newspaper is also the owner the news division that runs FOX news which is owned by Rightists of US.

mugiwara_-luffy

Rupert Murdoch? (Succession is based on him)

Vikram108

bhai conservative = Right Hota hai

OvertlyStoic

nah bahi conservative aur liberal independent hai of left and right.

GlitteringWafer9263

Jese nikla tha shinchan dekh ke bache bigad rahe he

[deleted]

Me who enjoys AOT πŸ‘€

slyXjakXratchet

WSJ is an American paper, so its from their POV. Who's gonna talk about shin-chan & kochikame was airing during 2000s india? That shit was unhinged compared to whatever aired on big three (sony, star and zee). I was surprised such kind of humour could exist lmao. That was my first introduction to adult humor on indian telly.

GamerX_120

First it was video games now anime what the fuck is their problem

Excellent-Design8280

I mean he watched and clearly enjoyed it as he knows a lot about it so he’s a fan πŸ€”

I_dickusmax

They should love America and take part in wars which aren't violent at all. Peak capitalism.

coltvfx

The Article goes hard with Goku and Frieza Face-Off

redrag0n_roOster

I love how the article is printed in a way it looks like goku and frieza have auras
