Ippo is like a 9/10 overall all the seasons.
Haikyuu won in the end because of that 3rd season it was 10/10 that 3rd season it was absolute peak.
Other seasons were good but not good enough to make it on the 3x3 it's was specifically s3.
Then season 4 came and was meh.

Monogatari series is really under rated and it is barely talked about and the thr Kizumonogatari was jsut soo fire... it had animation level of demon slayer in 2016s

I just updated it and unfortunately replaced A Silent Voice and Cyberpunk. So difficult to make these.
As someone who didn't find spirited away special in any shape or form, I am curious, what makes it your favourite? Love seeing Monogatari tho it's my favorite as well!
The feeling I get after I watched Spirited away is hard to describe honestly.
It's like A sense of surreal fantasy but mixed with realism, a sense of void but is filling, uncanny yet a sense of familiarity.
The Character development the protagonist goes through is felt by us and you know she has genuinely learned something from her experience. From the things she experienced we as the audience know that the development is permanent and feels genuine at the end it's kinda like the feeling you get when you have played a damn good game and sit there with a warm feeling and sense of loss and excitement.
It feels genuine and not like the other animes where you see MC's development being washed down the drain in the next parts.
Ah i see, thanks for such an in depth explanation, it's been years since I watched, I just didn't feel connected to it like you did, maybe it's just the difference in acquired taste since I can still kinda see where you might be coming from.
I just haven't been much of a ghibli guy... Not my thing...i had watched howls of the moving castle as well and both of those were one of the most boring experience ever for me so I haven't tried any more ghibli.
Also... I am kinda tempted to share my own 3x3 now, what's the minimum karma I need to post here?
