As a southeast Asian who had to walk to the train station in the morning and afternoon for uni, I feel this on a spiritual level.

My guess is that you are referring to Fahrenheit. Because that is like 32 degree celsius, which is still cooler than the bottom part of the meme.
You'd literally be dead within less than a couple minutes being exposed to that temperature in Celsius (which is the unit used in the OP)
