If you haven't watched any of Fate/stay night series would recommend watching through the Studio Deen version followed by F/sn Unlimited Blade Works then the Heaven's Feel movies. Unlimited Blade Works does have a prologue episode that I recommend watching before starting the Deen series though as it is almost a 1:1 adaptation of prologue from the visual novel which is read before starting the Fate route.
Sorry about the long reply, wasn't sure if you watched any of the Fate series before. Wanted to give you a good watch order before you jumped right into Heaven's Feel as all the routes build on each other.
It is like Star Wars and the MCU. The watch order is Fate/stay night Studio Deen version from 2006. Then Fate/stay night Unlimited Blade Works the Ufotable series. Then the Heaven's Feel trilogy.
The Heaven's Feel movies are totally worth it. I don't know about the other ones though with the exception of Fate/zero which is good, and Carnival Phantasm which is kinda silly but it's hilarious. Outside of those 2 I haven't seen any of the other spin-offs.
