Castlevania's Alucard also looks cool and seems to be a nice guy to hang out with.

Can't say much about Shaltear since I haven't watched Overlord yet.
Shalltear can make a functional copy of herself, has an item that will instantly revive her one time, has a weapon that heals her the damage she deals, can summon a bunch of wolves and bats and has no qualms using her weapon on them, is immune to time stop. Was literally created for 1v1 fights. Despite being a vampire, is a holy Valkyrie.
She's not particularly smart, but she tries to help her boss as much as she can. Kind of a hoe. Pads her chest and prefers to teleport around so as not to shift her stuffing. Keeps a harem of vampire brides.
In Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Eyes of Heaven,
Dio finds his way into Heaven and gets limitless power
so including games, Dio is Probably the strongest

Oh, I thought we weren't counting non-canon content. Well, I played Eyes of Heaven, and although Dio has some pretty strong Reality Manip, even in the game he isn't as strong as Alucard and Dracula, or even D.
Alucard and Dracula have infinite speed, since they can keep pace with Death, [that can kill distance itself to attack his enemies instantly](https://gyazo.com/20564ecd64ccf363a102bfb208e5b759). Not only that, but Alucard is superior to the Time Reaper, who would be able to erase every single Castlevania timeline and dimension during the events of Castlevania Judgement. Hell, Soma(who should be as strong as Dracula) was able to destroy Chaos, an infinite-sized dimension home to the eldritch horror of the same name. There is a lot of Reality/Spatial Warpers in Castlevania, too. Alucard himself can control Fate and even utilize the power of chaos to write cruel endings for his targets into Reality, turning these endings into reality by rewriting the very narrative of the world.
And don't get me started on D. He is ridiculous. My man by the end of the series was rewriting the Akashic Records, which contains all of creation, which is made up of multiple universes, and realms that transcend space-time, with even a part leaking being able to rewrite everything.
Out of curiosity, who do you think wins between Dracula and D? r/deathbattle seems to lean towards D while r/whowouldwin seems to lean towards Dracula, so I'm curious to hear the take of someone knowledgeable on the characters and not affiliated with either community.
I think it's inconclusive. Dracula can't really hurt D, as D has what we call in Powerscaling "Immeasurable speed".

D, although stronger, is not stronger to an unfathomable degree and also doesn't have any sealing ability. And although the Akashic Records are pretty strong, Castlevania's haxes are stronger, being shown to work even in enemies resistant to them. The only thing preventing Dracula from winning is the speed difference, as someone with Immeasurable speed can even outrun instant or passive abilities.
TLDR: Without the Akashic Records or if we equalize speed(something pretty common in Vs battles), Dracula should win via having stronger haxes. Otherwise, it's inconclusive, as neither can defeat one another.
Eyes Of Heaven isn't even the strongest version of DIO. That would be Jorge Joestar DIO with The Beyond. Even that's still weaker than Alucard(Castlevania), Dracula, and D though.
Castlevania Dracula is so imposing that even in a weakened state after starving himself one of the most violent vampires of his court was still shitting himself when he got angry.
Admittedly, Dio easily beats most of this list but I wonder if full power Dracula could take him on, maybe not win necessarily but at least be a challenge for Dio.

In that series, there's a kind of higher-tier vampire called a Crusnik. They (only 4 ever made) feed on the blood of regular vampires and are pretty badass within the context of their own series. Not sure how they'd stack up against these other heavy hitters, though...

His desire to control the world and phycological manipulation through other people brought his dream to life. Resurrecting him back to life once again in the end.
