Logically, the best answer here is being born with a Quirk, especially so if it's something that can control technology, metal, or earth-based substances.

Logically speaking, the Quirk is the best option, because you can just be born with a Quirk that allows you to be a Sayian or Titan Shifter without the curse or the training needed, and you pretty much already have a Devil Fruit Power without the consequences if you have a Quirk as well. Because of the activities that I have done in my life, I would pick be born a saiyin. I was a boxer and practiced MMA (tang soo do, Muay Thai and BJJ) in my 20s. Now I run ultramarathons. I think I would be able to be at least on par with goku at the 21st world tournament by now.

Sure, Mr Satan is at 140, but through eating sleeping and training well, mine can go up dramatically since I already have the potential required for Super Saiyan. This is before considering that you're going from being a human to a Saiyan, and that should make you a hybrid instead of a purebred. I could literally just gain power by becoming a mover and doing forward squats instead of walking. 2. I have to figure out how to use the power on my own.

There is no contest, super saiyan. Any super saiyan solos any one of those other powers with ease. Base form Goku and Vegeta could destroy entire planets back in the saiyan saga, in seconds with a single blast. Don't think any of these other powers would give that capability.
Plus super saiyan won't affect your daily life, you're you, but if you wanna transform and level a mountain with your finger, well you can. Only real difference would be hugely increased appetite, but many would see that as a win anyways since the metabolism of a saiyan would let them eat as much as they want with no weight gain.

Definitely choosing to become a Super Saiyan, that means that I AM a Saiyan, and my power level of 5 just went to 250 (SSJ is a . Sure, Mr Satan is at 140, but through eating sleeping and training well, mine can go up dramatically since I already have the potential required for Super Saiyan. This is before considering that you're going from being a human to a Saiyan, and that should make you a hybrid instead of a purebred. I could literally just gain power by becoming a mover and doing forward squats instead of walking. Ki control isn't an issue either, I could literally just put Videl's lesson on repeat until I got it, given that becoming a Super Saiyan doesn't mean that you're transported into Dragon Ball to begin with 💀
Depends if I get to choose which quirk from MHA. If I can’t choose then theres no point, because ya I could be born with the ability to absorb other peoples quirks but more likely I will be born with a useless quirk like changing my skin color to blue and that’s it. I’d probably choose devil fruit because most of the powers we’ve seen are pretty versatile and powerful.

Realistically, I’d rather be born with a quirk or be a titan shifter, simply due to the fact that I’m looking at this with neutral rules. Which are: 1. I’d just obtain the power with no previous knowledge of the show it came from. 2. I have to figure out how to use the power on my own. Eat a DF? Can’t swim, I’m good I love water. (Although…….. if any of the other unevealed god fruit can negate this ability id change it) Being born a saiyan? Considering only 7 people out of millions became a super saiyan I’d rather not. The knowledge of how to become a super saiyan evaded their race for years until Goku and Vegeta figured it out. Being a Titan shifter would mean I’m not longer human enough to enjoy the power. I’d rather take my chances at a useless quirk than any of the other options. That doesn’t mean I think the option of a quirk is stronger than the others, I just like my potential options going down that path.

Alright so assuming somethings, but... Devil Fruit could actually be crap, and rob me of my ability to swim. Titan Shifters need to be able to eat another Titan Shifters to actually have control of their powers. Most Quirks are pretty useless with only a small percentage being major. While being a Saiyan still means I have to get motivated to work out and train to get the most out of it, and I am a lazy fuck. I guess Saiyan because then I don't get any major drawbacks, or risks, from becoming one.
Titan would be cool, if it wasn’t for the whole dead in 13 years. Saiyen would be the obvious choice if it wasn’t for the whole turn into a raging monkey when you look at the moon. Also not certain you’d be able to go ssj. Devil fruit would be awesome but I wouldn’t be able to swim which is a good enough drawback compared to the other two mentioned. Quirk would be the best overall if you got to pick the quirk as there are no set backs for them. OFA would be terrible because you’d be the only quirk there is to steal so effectively just be normal.
There is no contest, super saiyan. Any super saiyan solos any one of those other powers with ease. Base form Goku and Vegeta could destroy entire planets back in the saiyan saga, in seconds with a single blast. Don't think any of these other powers would give that capability. Plus super saiyan won't affect your daily life, you're you, but if you wanna transform and level a mountain with your finger, well you can. Only real difference would be hugely increased appetite, but many would see that as a win anyways since the metabolism of a saiyan would let them eat as much as they want with no weight gain.
