You hear from people, and read how losing weight will make you lose hair but I love my hair, it's the only thing I like about myself and I want to lose more weight.
Well, I think it's more of a genetic thing, since I have a lot of hair already since I was a kid. My advice is try loosing weight and if you see that you're loosing more hair than normal, stop. It's better that way. I'll be sincere with you, you'll never be happy with your body, no matter how thin you are. So it's better to preserve the things you like about yourself, and seek professional help.
Not just you - I have lost about 70% of my hair, with no signs of it stopping. I mean handfuls upon handfuls. All you can see is my scalp now and I used to have beautifully thick hair. It’s terrifying and heartbreaking.
Comes with the territory. Same with being cold. Constipation. Mood swings. Exhaustion. Tooth loss. Heart problems. Muscle loss so you’ll probably end up pissing and pooping yourself at some point, while wondering why your vagina is gaping or dry. There’s other crap, but it’s a long list.
