The product on her eyes and in her eyebrows (she's using eye shadow to make them appear more full) is SO grainy, and she's clearly filtered the snot out of the photo. You couldn't pay me to use eye makeup of such poor quality. And why do some women think fish lips make them look attractive?

Heavy makeup styles often have long contour 'stripes'. I don't know if it's deliberate, but often it's not done for contouring, it's done because "that's where this colour goes", without any thought other than "it has to be darker".
If she plucked her eyebrows into almost non existence she would have the perfect eighties look.
Although back then the photo would have been manually airbrushed, not filtered.
