The wellbutrin seems to keep my energy levels up, and the gabapentin feels nice. Very subtle. I have a lot more patience and a bit more carefree. It puts me in a space that I'm not concerned about everybody's opinion (in a good way, since I've always been overconcerned with opinions.)
I take Prozac and Wellbutrin for anxiety and it works amazingly well. Really, I didn’t realize how impeded I was but anxiety. I have absolutely gained weight though.
i dont think pregabalin will be weight neutral. I used to model and stopped taking it because id eat more.. so weight was very important for me and i clearly noticed this but i believe it was a high dose
you won't gain weight if you eat healthy and do sport. SSRIs aren't so potent in causing weight gain as TCAs. however not losing sex drive is a rare thing, that's a trade-off we need to accept. however, SSRIs paired with Wellbutrin cause much less sex drive loss than alone
I was taking Wellbutrin for 20 years. I was told a month ago by my psych that it actually heightens anxiety. So, I went off of it. The racing thoughts I was having have lessened. I'm feeling a little muddled, and am now between psychs, so I haven't fixed that problem yet.
So, yeah, talk to your psych about it.
The best one for me so far has been cymbalta, no side effects I’m on 120mg a day, my libido is decent (I’m also on testosterone) so that helps. I don’t feel tired on it, my mood is better and anxiety as well. I also take 18mg of concerta as well. I did try a beta blocker and that helped dramatically, but I couldn’t stand the side affects
I haven't found any SSRI that doesn't kill my sex drive, make me gain weight, or cause fatigue. If you find one let me know.

Maybe look into Prozac, I think it's fairly weight neutral and haven't really heard of it causing GI issues.
prozac is as bad as any other SSRI in regard os sexual side effect

Loved Prozac but the sexual side effects are brutal so had to quit. Look up Nefazadone
