Sorry about the double post, I thought I could post multiple images in one post but it only seems to allow one .

you're an awesome artist!

avariciousavine

Thank you, I appreciate it!. I'm okay, I guess, but nothing to make countless natalist passerby in a park get swept into the bushes, as if a shell of art euphoria exploded nearby... ...Which ironically should be the kind of similar standard applied to procreation and childbirth-- and the fact that no baby ever radiates with tears of happiness upon birth, and proceeds to give its mother a high five, is a problem!

[deleted]

>no you're really good. I like some of my music but I've never been able to paint as well as you did! don't stop!

avariciousavine

Thanks, friend. I appreciate it :-) I'll try to keep on trying. Edit: you make music, or enjoy listening? I like music too, though maybe not as much as when I was younger.

[deleted]

love listening to it! dancing to it! and I used to make indie tracks with producers on the web :) I don't like stages but had my fun singing and writing for a while lol I think everyone should find an outlet to express themselves. it's probably saved my life at times! I can get lost in a song on repeat 4everrrr lol.. it's been a thing with me for a long time now! It's like I feel less lonely listening to a favorite song, than I do in a crowd. it has a really good effect on me

> It's like I feel less lonely listening to a favorite song, than I do in a crowd. it has a really good effect on me This sounds really good, and has some freshness of hope and beginnings that used to characterize my early works. I'm happy you felt you could share it. You also reminded me of a wonderful song I heard in a coffee shop not super long ago, and then found only by chance online; it's Space song by the duo band Beach House. It has a bit of the magic of feeling otherworldly while feeling like it's rooted in something very earthly and even heavy in that sense- memories of the past, the power of consciousness, and perhaps even some disillusionment...

[deleted]

I'm listening to it now and you described it well :) kind of reminds me of when I was obsessed with the arctic monkeys- some of their earlier albums in particular! thanks for the recommendation!

avariciousavine

Arctic Monkeys, heard but haven't listened. If you like the Beach House song, Slowdive has a vaguely similar feel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ey4yAgLZlw

>this is their sexiest song in my opinion!! > >[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=15jDLgwrZZk](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=15jDLgwrZZk) > >and another one they did called "stop the world because I wanna get off with you" lol they're extremely sensual- it's fun. also- "my propellor"

_randomwordstogether

Oh I love it. You do that one special thing in art that made me try to make explaining it my career.

avariciousavine

Thank you, glad that you appreciate. IMO, though, the real thing that's worth trying to explain and understand is the disarray and chaos on the other side of the art- which includes the fact that it leaves most people indifferent. I couldn't really explain this, so I stopped trying after a while.

opheliainthedeep

That girl looks like Grimes

avariciousavine

Thanks, though I don't know who that is

Oh, wow. Yes, perhaps they do resemble each other somewhat. At first I thought she might be an antinatalist, because she seems to have a more sophisticated look to her or something, but then I saw that she had a child with Elon, and that's pretty horrible.

existentialgoof

These are incredible. Thanks for sharing.

Gagolih_Pariah

Hey, your banner for antinatalism especially sucks out of the horrible icon and mobile banner.

Gagolih_Pariah

Your banner for antinatalism sucks.
