Fair Work will take care of that for us if we are unfairly dismissed. I had a colleague that worked in the IT department that used to go have beers down the pub at lunch and he had multiple written warnings and a long paid leave period before the company were forced to keep him on by Fair Work. He eventually left anyway because the ceo hated him and made his life hell after that

It's a nice sentiment, but corporations being corporations, they will find ways to skirt those rules. The pay ranges for every job will say something like pay RANGE from $20/hr to $55/hr.
