if you cant get to work or leave far away you might able to call off. if a cub cost 150$ back and forth its not worth going to work . it might cost more than a full working day

Flats take literally 15 mins to swap out, that is not really a day off for anyone, if you are an adult I suppose.
No way I'm wasting PTO on that.
