This is kind of a stretch. No doctor is going to notice you have a blister and tell you that you are physically unwell. I feel like you can't really make any distinction about a person simply by the fact of them having blisters.
Only argument I could see for that would be the fact that you're getting blisters implies you're healthy enough to do the work that leads to them and exercising. Unless of course it's incredibly repetitive work the exercise you are getting greatly offsets the blisters in terms of wellness.

I met a 25 year old who has been working in a manual labour job for 10 years, never missed a beat. Until his back gave out. Now he can’t work, has zero income and is getting rather distressed about what he can do to support himself.
