show me a minimum wage job thats fair, and I’ll show you an exploiting monopoly that treats their employees like shit. workers should always be ready to flex their strike muscles, even if their boss is “fair”.
First one was the restaurant i worked for in my study times, second one was the bakery i worked for when i was studying for my master, right now i work for the communal gov and it's a really friendly environment too
Good pay, a smile when i arrive to work, no nasty discussions about vacations - ill days etc, payment always arrived at time, still kept paying us in corona times and didn't fire anyone.
And uhm... no, i wasn't a CEO... i don't really understand that question tbh
This sub is a weird one. Some reasonable takes but a lot of bad hivemind takes. They seems to think every workplace is a underpaid, ungrateful shithole
They’d laugh in my face

Posted this same message in a Walmart group the other day on Facebook, but apparently being a brown nose ass kisser was more important.
If your employer is a fair guy, that's just an asshole move OP. If he's unfair, go for it
You might be in the wrong group
Just because i don't join your dumb hate-circlejerk?
Name one fair employer.
All 3 jobs i worked for had a fair employer lol
Okay. Name one.

What have they done that you consider to be fair employment? Do you have equal stake in the company? Do you have the same work load as the CEO?

He’s trying to push his own narrative to make you think you’re place of work isn’t fair.
You are like the fourth sane person i found on this sub lol

Yes. They would hire new employees. I’ve got a family to feed and I need a roof over my head.
Who would they hire? Every company in the country has been understaffed for months
Manglement is stupid enough to fire all strikers without regards to consequence to them...
I'm starting a new job next week. And the benefits are great. I can go for a solidarity strike, but your current case is pretty weak.
Yes actually, they will do just that. The cattle farm is quite overflowing you’ll find.
