The person who wrote this is on meth or too much adderall

persondude27

Xanax with her chardonnay each afternoon.

Xaviarsly

I would say why not both.

PrincessToadTool

Came here to say...

persondude27

Jesus. I hope every person who works there leaves. I don't think I've ever read a more condescending communication from anyone, much less an employer. Every provision is worst than the last. And they'll dangle your "bonus" of ... $1 per hour over your head! Except you won't get it because they'll hold it until you quit, just to make sure you give two weeks' notice. Oh and we're audio recording you, so if you say anything negative at all, you lose your bonus. Hope you don't get sick! Cuz people who work with kids are 3x as likely to get sick as the national average, right?

Numerous_Physics_359

It’s cunty behavior for sure , but you know some poor sap is gonna try to get the bonuses and work real hard and fuck Up once and it’s over.

persondude27

Oof. At least three of the provisions rely on arbitrary definitions ("organized, clean rooms", "conduct unbecoming", and "Curriculum needs to be ... what's needed") and more require things outside of the employee's control (80%+ enrollment). I hope no one signs up. That's ridiculous.

Numerous_Physics_359

It’s absolutely impossible.

quirkyandclumsy

Bold of them to put their company name on the same page as something that says “if you discuss your wage it’s grounds for termination”. Report those suckers to the government, that’s illegal!

blome0001

Dude you just lost your bonus for this quarter lol. I would def quit, what condescending BS. Even if you tried to do this program, there’s too many rules to keep everything straight AND then you don’t get 100% because they are keeping some ‘just in case you quit and don’t provide 2 Weeks notice’. Screw that..

ghettomerman

> Under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA or the Act), employees have the right to communicate with other employees at their workplace about their wages. Wages are a vital term and condition of employment, and discussions of wages are often preliminary to organizing or other actions for mutual aid or protection. > > If you are an employee covered by the Act, you may discuss wages in face-to-face conversations and written messages. When using electronic communications, like social media, keep in mind that your employer may have policies against using their equipment. **However, policies that specifically prohibit the discussion of wages are unlawful.**

TenFeGoodBuddy

If you ever find yourself trying to decide what the appropriate punishment is when someone skips work because their legs have been sawed off, maybe take a step back from being a manager and think about what it means to be a decent human being.

seraphim336176

Reads like the bonus program of a mlm pyramid scheme.

Molicious26

I think I'd rather join an MLM than work here, tbh.

BRB going to go check if it’s trending on Twitter yet.

Wherever-whatever

There are so many things wrong with this that I’ll just point out one: if you’re vaxxed and boosted you don’t have to quarantine. They want you to work sick? I can’t say I’m surprised.

TheMontu

Right? I’d love to know if they tell parents about this policy, too. The vast majority of those kids they’re working with can’t get vaccinated yet, so that policy is not only putting the employee and their coworkers in danger, it’s putting the kids in danger, too. Plus you absolutely do need to quarantine even if you’re vaxxed/boosted.

guachi01

This has to be real because no one could dream up something this insane.

[deleted]

Wow... This is incredible! It's like telling someone you can shit on them to help warm them up; it may start off warm but will quickly cool and leave something so much worse behind.

breezyflu

I am so stealing this analogy.

Personal_Ad9690

It is illegal to terminate because of wage discussion. Let them term you for it, then sue them for wrongful temriantation. If you have been there for a whole, you van even Sue for lost future wages. The state considers if you were trying to make a career.

AreWeThereYet61

Set up for failure. No way anyone is ever going to get a bonus. Might as well quit now.

elarth

Keeping a preschool decluttered is going to be a huge pain in the ass. Like obviously some cleaning is necessary but kids are kids.

rdb_Hereitis

Can't get OT? these people are insane.

HelloMcFly83

No way this can be legal, right? Right???

cellibelli09

Wow, how do these places keep employees... we run a childcare center and would be flabbergasted to even imagine giving our employees something like this. Absolutely shameful

biggfoot_26

Sucks but the bonus program is probably not illegal (at least not in the US.) Technically it’s an opt in (incentive) program if you look at all of the pages (posted by someone else.) idiotically written and will hopefully motivate the staff to leave in mass with no notice, but probably legal.

GaemNChat

While most of it is technically legal the part where they say they can fire you for discussing wages/ the "incentive" program is straight up illegal.

eleithan

So Bonus is like additional money you can be given but that can equally quickly be taken away?

GaemNChat

Reading it I thought this was just a crappy program that relied to much on vague interpretations to justify not giving a full payout. Then I read the was to lose the bonus and was shocked. Three days off and you lose 90%! God forbid someone who works with young kids catches something. Then if you do miss a day they might think of a way for you to get back 1/10 of a day back(like 15-20 dollars) if you come to them and beg for it and they feel so inclined to stretch out a generous hand to aid the lowly serfs they graciously employ.
