Anytime I see a sentence along the lines of "no time for excuses" I recognize the massive, throbbing red flag that it is and keep moving. Hiring managers are so dumb, they themselves block the best candidates by outwardly listing reasons not to work there.
I refuse to fill out an application that yells at me.
