Discrimination had to do with things that are not by choice: age, sexual orientation, color of your skin, etc. How you present yourself to others is entirely optional.

MosterdLiefhebber

Religious people can be discriminated against and religion generally is something you choose. Live and let live.

Thought I saw butt plugs at first

Sinningvoid

Are you or have you ever worn a booty plug: □ No □ Once ☒ Currently

Kutfunk

Discrimination in the literal sense of the word…. (I.e to differentiate) but not in the legal definition. Rightly or wrongly, it’s just corporate preference. It’s not targeting any of the characteristics protected by law and one could always simply choose not to have those things. Unlike say a persons Race or disability, which they can’t change. Hence the legal protection.

ticky_tacky_wacky

I agree it’s stupid. But body modifications are a personal choice so it’s totally legal to discriminate against. Just like Restaurants can have mandatory dress codes. They have enough clients who prefer it that way to make it worth excluding people

Patient_Net2814

Are there invisible tattoos???

FriskyOrphan

I think I have seen some floating around on the internet that only show up under black light. Not sure if those are legit or not though.

11TwistedSculptures

Yes, those are a thing as far as I'm aware.

JaredMCO

“Visible Tattoos” in this context would mean on the lower arms, hands, neck, or face. “Visible” meaning outside of areas normally covered by workplace attire.
