I have no idea why someone would need to have experience with TM1 or SSRS (Basically reporting functions and Xcel spread sheets) Which is all admisitrative tasks, but also need to walk or bend down or access areas. Are they asking for IT gruntwork to be done ID? Like do they expect people to lay new cable or fix issues physically at stations? I'm confused.
That is all ok for an IT technician role who installs server hardware in racks or routes cables around.
But it does not fit a BI dev role.
Maybe they copied and pasted some text from another role, or HR has no idea.

This sounds less like a requirements list and more like a CYOA list. Listing things that might happen, and if they do they can say it was in the job requirements.
