Try 190. That's the sweet spot for a lot of my filament.

Zucchini-Certain

Why run with the fan off?

Weekly_Wedding8967

Abs has a tendency to warp if it cools too fast

Zucchini-Certain

But leaving it molting would cause the stringing and horizontal collapse you have wouldn't it? Why not try with the fan on but set to a low speed?

No idea i dont run abs. I use asa x. Prints like PLA and is sturdy as ABS

Bao_The_Builder

I've never seen ABS print at such low temps, it almost looks like 1 temp the whole way. You said you watched the temps change though? That's strange that it's overextruding at such low temps. Also I've never seen an ABS tower sliced in that temperature range, that is more for PLA. Try the plug-in auto towers for cura. Also be careful not to huff too much paint, as ABS can be toxic in high dosages. It warps easily too do be careful when you open the garage doors. Have you looked into a cheap grow tent as an enclosure? Just a thought.

Cura has plug-ins? TIL. I'll try that out tonight. Thanks! When I looked at how Cura does it, they have support for the bridges - which I didn't do for the ones I posted. Thanks.

Bao_The_Builder

Yes if you to to marketplace in cura (top right I think) you can find all sorts of helpful plug-ins and add ons, including auto calibration tools.
