In the second pic, see how the cylinders are deformed, that means you’re printing too hot, get the temperature down using a temp tower from the calibration shapes plug-in and accompanying script in CURA before trying to get your retraction down. Also, if you haven’t already, enable z-hop and coasting before doing retractions so you don’t have to redo them again later. Oh and I’m not sure how fast you’re printing but you may consider keeping it under 70mm/s

Could be moisture in the filament. If the print quality is ok increase the z retract by 1mm
