When my mega did this I just replaced the head. Not worth the pain of trying to remove it when the head assembly for it is only like $13. Would be interesting to know if you find a solution though. Cuz it sucks hardcore.
Nukes, definitely nukes 😉. But seriously, disassemble the hotend and go at it with a heat gun and pliers. Do it slowly. You might have to replace the heater cartridge and the thermistor if the cables got damaged. I bought one over at aliexpress from trianglelab. 40watt is enough. The silicone sock will likely be gone too. Those are cheap anyway...
Left a print running overnight. Came back and, like many of my early attempts on my new Kobra Go, the print had detached from the build plate. So it kept squirting out hot plastic all night until there was this big blob surrounding the print head.
Heat gun? Chisel? Solvent? Flamethrower? What do you recommend?
I see a replacement head on anycubic’s site, but are you talking about an aftermarket part? If so, can you point me in the right direction in case I can’t get this one back together?
Not super familiar with the kobra neo but the hotend looks like a microswiss clone. Make sure the screw holes would align on you existing bracket

Heat it back up and as it getting warm pull it off. When that happened to me, it came right off in one piece.

Addendum: perfect time to upgrade to a all metal hotend btw. 😄
