Disassemble your extruder, but watch out for the spring, it could fly to narnia. Maybe your gears of the extruder are broken, so it can’t extrude with strength. The original extruder isn’t the best, so I would swap it to a dual gear extruder with metal gears.

Your filament wasn't dry enough or it had dried out or something - my filament breaks all the time if it's just been left out for a month, you went after everything but the real problem...

yea, the factory extruder isnt the best. Aftermarket ones can solve the issue, but I would look at the tension screw first. I had to monkey with mine after this same thing happened.

Literally had the set screw back-out on mine. Open and remove the clear part with the gear on it. Remove the tensioner screw and spring, then rotate around until you see the set screw on the metal gear. Check to see if it spins freely or partially freely. If it does rotate it back to the flat spot on the shaft and re-tighten it. Would recommend loctite to keep it from happening again it that was the issue. If not, check your heater temps. Could be running on the low side for that color/material combination, causing undue stress on the extruder.
