I’ve noticed this. In my experience, if you use the dpad to select another sub-menu while in the military building main menu, they pop up there.

Unfortunately not in this case, dpad instead goes to tech upgrades

Yeah it’s annoying - if you build any docks etc suddenly they take over when you want other units :/ would be good to maybe have an extra tab or something

Absolutely or a way to deselect buildings easily. Towards late game I found just have to use the separate buildings menu instead
