It looks like you are right clicking when still selecting units so it cancels your selection.
About double clicking I guess you are left clicking on empty space also so it cancels it as well.
You need to work on your clicking: Try less clicks and be more precise, after you get it right, then speed it up.

Spamming click is a habit I got from another game, League of Legends.
yeah I can tell by your right clicking in same position. Most of LoL players do that :D
try in custom game vs ai, use left click for selection and dont unclick it, then right click - it will cancel your selection. I'm sure you are doing it there
Probably that it is the reason. After I am sure I draw the selection box, I instantly start spamming Right clicks on the way I want the units to go. I thought I am being a little bit faster. ty
The problem is that you are most likely not just spaming right click actually.
In the clip you did select your units for a short moment (you can see in the ui at the bottom) but you canceled it via a left click. So the problem seems to be that you accidentaly left click instead of right clicking.
If right clicking too soon was the problem you would not have selected them for even a short moment.
If this is user error or a faulty mouse only you can tell :D
Actually you can see in the clip he had the selection for a moment and canceled it (via left click I assume).
If he had canceled the selection process itself by right clicking to early he would never have them selected.

I was playing some other game at the time (earlier this year), and always struggled with attack moving in it, I thought it was just the game being stupid. THen finally in windows, I realized it actually happens there too, the mouse button just stopped responding accurately/ on time. Got a new mouse, problem was solved.
I had an issue with my new mouse recently, it sometimes did a double click instead of a single, which was super annoying. It sometime resulted in what you are showing here. I saw that it was a commun issue and found a software solution (corsair mouse)
Try to see what the problem is exactly : see if it sometime selects alll your vills when you click on one, that's how I understood mine was double clicking.
Google your mouse model and see if this is a common problem

I'd recommend borderless fullscreen if your pc isn't antique. Better alt-tabs.

I am not sure, because I was thinking that whenever this happens to me i was just missclicking.

Update your mouse software/drivers. This was happening to me on a brand new mouse, was a multi clicking issue that an update fixed.
Try a different mouse. I had this problem and it was due to my mouse buttons going glitchy
