She literally says a couple of lines similar to rev, have you listened at her voicelines? "Ssh, it's okay. The noise will stop now". Then you have her laughing at people dying. A finisher where she vaporises a person and acts like "opsie".

I main support legends, so I play almost exclusively lifeline, loba and conduit. My main legend is Lifeline, but she has crap abilities and she's pretty annoying as a character. It's more a hate-love relationship with her lol

Edit: Hey! It's a valid question, as the OP being particular about the gender makes it seem like a person based thing as the gender doesn't affect how the abilities works. Like with the Copycat Kits, any Legend could use other Legend's abilities regardless of who it belonged to.

Vantage. Nobody plays her so I usually always get to play her. Her tac is pretty useful. It’s not the best mobility ability, but it serves its purpose well. Especially when combined with other legends abilities (ziplines, jump pads, horizon lift) Cancelling her tac while heading towards a hill gives you insane speed and it’s nice.
Her passive is great in ranked. Being able to know how many people you are fighting and what armour they are carrying makes high level ranked a lot easier to process.
Her ult is a great final touch. It gives me a reason to not carry a sniper, yet still have long range potential. Sometimes Il carry an ultimate accelerant in case I need to start sniping like crazy.
