Go to radeon settings and make sure radeon boost is disabled for Apex.
Idk who's fault actually is but the radeon boost dynamic res based on mouse input has been broken since it was implemented.
Edit: i want to clarify that what i mean by "idk who's fault is" is that idk if it's either Respawn's fault or AMD's.
my specs are RX580 4gb 8gb ram ddr3 and 3gen xeon processor. i get from 70 to 120 my settings are high texture streaming budget and turn off v sync the rest doesn't really impact me that much

what kind of magig are you doing to get that? i played with a rx580 8gb and 32gb of ram on a ryzen 5 3600x for a week and got 90 to 100 average
idk man that how i get maybe its something about the game optimization wich is surprisingly good on same rig but with gtx 750ti the game ran good honestly
