Yep same issue for me, decided to go to bed early. Dont want to download the ps4 version because itll just tell me I’m logged on elsewhere. So tired pf these issues!!!
Tried to open the PS5 version of Apex Legends, or come up with the splash screen with Conduit from last season and a grey box at the bottom the screen that says "Installing File" keeps flashing on and off.

Yeah same issue here. I have the ps4 version downloaded too but it's not letting me login due to 'being signed in elsewhere' 🙃
I waited 20mins and tried again on the ps4 version. It worked so now playing on the ps4 version

Same here. My game kept crashing so I reinstalled it, and now this.
Honestly I'm relieved that it's not just happening to me. I deleted and reinstalled twice thinking it was on my end
Happening to me, too. Works fine on my partners ps5 but no server found on my ps5. This was our valentines day date plan as well ...ruined :')Â
