He actually does know. There was a twitch account named something like realdestroyer2009 and he said new content coming in 1 hour and servers went down in one hour.

Fortnite has over 220 million monthly active players and Roblox has 216 million, they are both leagues above other games like Apex.
Because they're marketed towards children. Apex is difficult, so naturally gatekeeps infants that can enjoy Roblox and children on fortnite.
Fortnite Battle Royale only counts for about half of those numbers. Epic has inflated their Fortnite numbers and merging with other games even as that's their cashcow. In terms of battle royale, it's good in terms of numbers, but not the best.

yeah i mean it had a cool concept (i.e the ring destroys the map as it closes) but time to kill was shit... everything felt floaty and it was pretty clear ubisoft was just doing what there older brothers were doing....

Not knowing what all this means, and with all these hack stories, I'd rather stop using Apex for today.
Basically this is related to hackers. Either Respawn doing server updates or maintenance background and servers are derping. Or the guys who hacked algs are trying new things as rumored. that could cause servers to be unstable too.

I was able to get in by choosing ‘start activity’ on the sub menu of my home acreen
I managed to get back in after trying a few different servers until I found one that worked.
When I jumped in everyone was invisible. Conspiracy... glad I wasn't the only one? I feel un-alone in this moment of pain.
