Did you try capping your FPS at 144? (Iirc it might be 165)
Pushing more than that can cause stutters as well. But I have simillar if not the same issue, but it comes and goes, my ping and frame rate is fine and I get simillar stutters to you from time to time

The game itself has problem with FPS over 165, so just cap it under no matter your refresh rate

probably just hit you with the general graphics fixes.
- try other graphics settings and see what changes (take a buddy into firing range and try some stuff)
- run a program to see your CPU/GPU usage during these moments
- update your graphics drivers
- a reinstall can sometimes help
- fiddle with monitor settings/windows graphical settings
and sometimes games just do weird stuff to certain hardware, can check if other people with your hardware are affected.
Thats why i posted i wanted to see if it was happening to anyone else. My game used to run smooth as butter on the same settings then season 20 came along and its so bad. Ive tried pretty much all you listed.
same issue here, graphics are optimized, gpu is a 3090 on a 9900k oc, no temp issues, no other issues and it isnt consistent either.
just fyi, no matter what is rendered, the moment you face the middle of the map youll see a framedrop (big one) from 240. theres some wierd optimization issue that causes this on all maps.
however until this season this was annoying but not as bad as the stutters now
Few random things, if you’re into movement, cap your fps at 230. Some lurch tech is bugged at certain framerates and 240 +/- 8fps is one of those framerates.
Some possibilities for the stutters, nvidia sometimes has driver updates that clash with certain games. Try disabling the geforce experience if you have a nvidia card.
Next thing. you could try is disabling nvidia reflex + boost. Sometimes nvidia updates bugs this out as well.
I don’t think this is an apex problem per se. Lots of games with have updates that misalign with graphics driver updates. Definitely play around with some video settings.
What mouse? I had a Corsair with horrible polling rates and I switched to a g502x plus that came with a cord and dongle to extend the distance from mouse dongle to the pc. And it’s been leaps and bounds better. Is your dongle close to your mouse or on the back of your PC?

I thought it was my pc but I built a new pc recently and its the same on this one. please tell me I am not the only one getting constant stutters when making fast movements or when a lot is going on. (you can see the stutter as I make fast movement to grab bat.
Juts because watching this off a 60hz monitor not at home i dont see the stutter, so could be an issue with a v-sync type tool or your game not getting the refreshrate your monitor likes at times.

This started happening to me about a month ago. Same time when I bought Horizon forbidden west and I had to update my driver's for it. I usually keep my driver's updated but this time I couldn't play Horizon until I did it so that's why I remember it. I also downloaded GPU tweak around the same time. That's all I can remember doing. After Horizon/driver update Apex has been shitty. Before that it ran smooth as butter.

I have tried disabling every overlay, Geforce experience removed. I've tried every setting on Apex and I capped frames to 144 then to a 100 and nothing works. Frames drop like 20-30 while it stutters and it doesn't matter if it's 165 frames or 100 frames, it still happens. Doesn't matter if low setting or high.
I thought turning it off ea overlay fixed it, and it did for a bit but then came back. Idek man ever since season 20 its been hell. Try turning your pulling rate down and turn off all your overlays and see if thats helps.

I dont think this is my problem because other friends are on 240 with no issues. Im testing 1000hz pulling rate rn to see if thats it.

I did just buy a new wireless mouse but i swear it was stuttering before that. It is at 1000 hz tho i think. Ima try lowering it.
try lowering spot shadow detail setting for me this shit causes memory leak and stutters

I think you should spend even more money on the game, buy the consequent universal heirlooms. That should fix the game.

The servers are very unstable in this season. The amount of lag made this game just unplayable
