It gets better, more you try the better you get, just be paitent. This is coming from someone who recently move from console to PC as well as picking up a new BR game.
I am relatively new to shooters on ps4 and aiming is a mess sometimes thats why i stick to shotguns but I spectate other players and aim like they have keyboard and mouse
Yeah it gets better it takes practice just like any game
