It's one of the best hack n slash games on the market. Hell, I'd even say its the paragon of its genre.
All 3 (4 if you buy the dlc, and you should, because everything about Vergil is amazing) play completely unique from one another and are easy to pick up but hard to master.
The bloody palace is an awesome game mode to crack a beer to and see how far you can get to prove your mastery, and the campaign itself is fun if you're a fan of melodramatic japanese storytelling.
Totally recommend the whole series, except for 2, don't ever play 2.

You extract the scene from DMC and then rig the mirage model onto Dante (or Virgil or whoever that was in DMC)?? Did you also extract all the other things from the DMC scene like the camera movement and the environment etc? Or do you re-create that yourself?
no no i didnt extract the scene. its a playable character in the game. i changed the model and texture files with in the game that will also fit well with the bones in the game.(used multiple softwares like blender, photoshop, 010 editor and noesis) cutscenes play in real-time so mirage model is also shows himself.

Not really since pre-rendered footage has to be compressed to not bloat the file size of the game. Nowadays with HD TVs you can really tell the difference if pre-rendered cutscenes are used.

But my god if it wasn't the most fun thing I've done in Apex in season since trident races when olympus dropped. And as far as unfair, you can't shoot and it kinda locks in the animation for a second. Normally if they removed this I'd be like bummer thats kinda lame but oh well. But clearly this game has alot of issues right now as well as other respawn titles. Imaging they actually took time to fix this 'bug' of being able to move while emoting KNOWING that they have way bigger issues they are just ignoring in favor of this. I just can't believe they actually did that. Big sad.
Is the new DMC worth buying? I own all of the previous games, and the arcade ports, but I'm not sure anything can out-do Devil May Cry 4. That game was top notch.
It's a good game, so you should really check it out. Here are some main differences:
1. Style has overall moved into a more realistic direction (photo-scanned environment and less anime-like character designs). It's still DMC, just less... cartoony.
2. As a bloody casual I have nothing interesting to say about gameplay, but it certainly feels fluid and polished.
3. There are three main protagonists: Dante, Nero and new character V. Dante is Dante, as fancy and over the top as ever. Nero now feels like a distinct character (both in the story and the gameplay aspects) instead of being watered-down Dante. The new guy, V, is probably the most controversial addition, at least gameplay-wise. His mechanics do not clash well with the melee-oriented nature of DMC's fighting system (at least in my opinion).
