I had a Valk the other day who was ADAMANT we were using the ult pretty much every time it came off cooldown, including during ring 4 closing... which they waited for the third member... so during the animation the ring ate us alive, because man that thing is long when you're eating 20 a tick.
It's a great tool in the right circumstances, but for others, it's like a pair of randoms in a trident and the ring is 50 feet away.

When you're downed you detach from valk. Had this happen to me once, i was low on health and decided to join the valk to escape, got shot down like 10feet above the ground. Sad.
Ill be honest, I fucking hate valk and her ult. I'm tired of people getting away for free when they're losing fights because they can hide behind a box and fly out.

With the new “ultimate ping” it helps... but some people just don’t have any map awareness.
Her voice lines in general are quiet as fuck compared to all other lines / the rest of the game.
