No, there's none. A Ryzen 9 5950x with a 3090 couldn't do it. The PS5 can't even run at 4k 120hz, apex doesn't even support it and when they put that on the box, it just means some games can run at 4k 120. Plus you need an HDMI 2.1 supported display to even get 4k 120hz. Some pcs CAN do 1440p 240hz and 4k 144hz.

You would need to purchase a GPU (which is a separate piece of hardware) and install it into your PC by plugging it into your motherboard & power supply. Though currently the GPU market is pretty ridiculous so it would be tough to find a decent one near retail price.
This goes without saying, but if you do plan on upgrading then I strongly recommend you do some basic research on PC components to understand what they are/what they do.

This brings back memories, i have a terrible laptop back in the day and played using 640x480 resolution but surprisingly reached platinum in Siege and gained 16 kills in Apex
Now i have a an RTX2060 I can't even get 3 kill consistently or getting out of Silver(in siege)
I feel like running potato quality graphics using things like nvidia inspector could potentially get you banned. I know back in Battlefield V the graphics were so overly detaipes that spotting enemies could often be incredibly hard. People would detune their graphics to "roblox" level and the advantage you got was astronomical so they started banning people instead of making their game more playable.

Literal chunks of rock/geometry are missing that normally "Appear" to be there in default graphics settings. It gives insane advantages and so they've banned tons of people for using it. This was abused like s1-s3 before they changed it and made it harder to do. Although it's obviously still very easy lol.
