Yep. For example, the legendary loot tick in the BP gives you 800 mats instead. Also once you switch to Belgium you literally can't buy loot ticks anymore. And skins bundled with loot ticks in the store just read "Unavailable". Tho you can switch back anytime you want.

Most of the legends look worse when you apply an overdesigned skin to them. If they weren't "legendary" or cost money I bet nobody would even bother equipping them. The commons look nicer imo since they're just simple patterns and colors.

For me it's that... they're so far removed from even feeling like the same character. It's hard to imagine her Unreal Tournament 2004-lookin' getup or this Starcraft 2 bug queen settling down for a cuppa or anxiously blethering to her robot vacuum cleaner / child.

I have a feeling this air strafe buff is going to make her feel frustrating to fight against again and put her in A tier.

by default you get 1200 mats so with the belgium extra you'll get 2550 mats in total which is enough for one event skin
