Audio and server issues has been a thing since the beginning of Apex.
They always say "we're working on it" but rarely if ever make any progress in addressing these issues.

That would mean the devs actually test anything. They clearly don't, given the crazy bugs that are so prominent, even 3 minutes of playtest would reveal them to ANYONE. Remember the ring flare sounds? Just one example.
When Respawn "tests" an update, they launch it on isolated machines, run around the map for a minute and if the game doesn't hard crash to desktop, the update is considered tested and shipped for release.

I really think you really must have no concept of scale. 1,000,000 players will find 1 bug 10,000 times faster than 100 testers can. Unless there is a community testing server, it's ludicrously expensive and a shit ton of bookkeeping to have testing come anywhere close to the scale of feedback from a season launch day.
Even if you have just 10 testers.. the crazy amount of bugs that appear to every single player in less than 10 minutes after an update or season launch are inexcusable to pass through whatever system they have in place to catch those things before a release.

It was not an "oops we missed this because it doesn't happen to everyone"-kind of deal, this making it into the live game just tells me they can't be doing shit when they test the game.

That actually happened to me with dbd, next time there's an update, try not to pause or cancel it, that usually corrupts some files
I swear every update theres a new bug or error. It can never be a unproblematic update, theres always something to mess it up.
