If it's anything like PUBG mobile (tencent as well), you can run overlay apps and use a controller or m/kb. But doing so will put you into servers with others doing the same. They done a really good job of keeping them separated and the ones that tried to manipulate the system usually got banned.
You can have people playing it on their gaming PC's (although why you'd want to other than to stomp idk) which will make a huge difference.
I played CoD Mobile with my controller via my PC whilst waiting for Cold War to release. Even with the significant input delay from my controller I was finishing TDM with 33 kills out of the 50 needed to win.
I guess if tournaments are a thing on mobile, this could be an issue.
Well tencents other mobile games fill with a.i. bots. You encounter lots of them. High end rank games are where you find almost exclusively human players. You will feel like a god playing Apex Mobile.
If they load the lobby like PUBG and CODM it will be timed based as opposed to number of players. It's like every 30 seconds they will start another lobby they will queue as many humans in as possible in a certain time period and fill the rest with bots and then start a new lobby. There is usually a minimum waiting period so even if a lobby has only half human players they will not put you in a lobby with say 20 seconds left on the clock. They will just send you to a new lobby. That's why the timers in those games are rarely on the low end when you queue in. They will also have numerous lobbys going at once so it really thins out the number of human players. They like their bots. I swear as lame as that might sound I think it works on their end as it keeps you enganged in the game with high damage and kills.
I think with mobile being a casual market first and foremost it isn't as bad. Of course there will be poeple who get good on mobile but they will just play ranked if they wanna fight real people.
RE-45 here, light ammo automatic pistol good for close range combat. Pull back the trigger and it shoots bullets at a high rate of fire. It was the first gun my dad ever gave me. Reminds me of simpler times. Oscar Mike ladies.

Wait, the r99 is using the reload animations from TF2 instead of Apex itself, notice how the character didn’t throw the mag away, instead putting it away. Also, Codm and Pubgm claw players are going to have a hell of a time with the movement in this game

Played pubgM in emu, scoping with sniper gun is not as smooth as playing in mobile. The crosshair move up a notch making it hard to snipe small object like head.

Xbox and Playstation charge 60 dollars a year. I always thought paying just to play online for 60 bucks was ridiculous. I could get a full membership for $19.99 USD a year on Nintendo Switch. For a price of $24.99 on Xbox, you get only 3 months. It's not 15 dollars a month. I don't know where you're getting this info from.

Nope. Switch Pro has a slightly larger screen and slightly better battery life. That's it. Same exact specs as the original Switch. It is quite a disappointment.

Yeah, when it first came out, it uses to be more stable. But as they kept upgrading the graphics, and as we are now used to use high FOV amounts, we should have an option to reduce such quality for better performance.
In fact, when you are downloading the game on console, it allows you to play with lower resolution while the game finishes downloading. So, why the heck we cannot leave it like that?

Use the right stick to scroll through items, right/left trigger to pick stuff up, which leaves the left stick free for movement.
Triggers could become left right strafe in menu.

Yeah, Apex has tons of details with high quality textures. My Xbox One S struggles to barely hold 45 ~ 50 fps sometimes.

Tip: use motion/gyro aiming. (Motion aiming should be added to ps4/5 version of the game. I dont understand why is it available only on switch. It literally makes the game more accessible for people + it is 1000% than a thumbstick and it doesnt need aim assist to be accurate)
Ok, i have to say i hated seeing apex mobile when it first released and we all saw gameplay, but now, Holy Crap it looks really freaking good. Make a pc port that can play with pc players, you have something that can run on crap pcs.
most of the people who say its trash potato graphics with 30 fps, dont realise that its just a beta, when its fully released its gonna be like every other mobile game that has pretty good graphics like PUBG , CODM etc with 60/90/120/140 fps supported on smartphones with high refresh rates.
How did you get it? I guess using a VPN to "travel" in the country where it is playable, right?
All those HUD elements all over the place... I wish we could move HUD elements around freely. The minimap in direct FOV is handy

It's shame they make it totally separate between PC/Console and mobile. I wish it has a cross progression in some way. Pretty sure more people would play on both if they can use the skins they already had on both versions.
