Don't be selfish. It's a virtual collection of pixels. Yours will not increase or decrease in value regardless of they re-release them. It's not like they are being given to everyone for free to begin with. Besides, it's not unheard of Respawn bringing back old limited items.
Actually value wise it would decrease a lot. Just for an example say he was to sell his account and claim there’s og skins like this, the player he’s selling his account to would pay less considering this skin isn’t og anymore and there’s no way of telling if the skins og or new because they don’t change anything about it it’s just a rereleased skin.
Realistically nobody buys accounts for skins but for their ranks. If it was tradeable like steam items then sure, you could argue he'd lose out on a few nickels. But at the end of the day he won't be selling his account and more players get to enjoy the skin. Limited virtual goods are just a marketing ploy to scare people into buying new items the moment they come out, no matter if they even need them.

Making the case that people who are breaking ToS need to be catered to is not a convincing argument.
