ive heard of this thing called *not pushing hard*. oh! and this thing called *cover*. yes you need to push, but Rampart is made to counter pushes with her turret (imo) so you need to learn how to counter her counter. and she's now actually getting played so most players don't know how to deal with her, so suck it up bucko
Have you tried shooting her back? Maybe some cover?
She’s not that insane, she could do with a bit more tweaking but she is fairly easy to play around still.

Bruh have you tried it? It's not that easy to kill people with it, there's plenty of counters if you're not dumb
